REPIC had a solid reputation, but compliance is a category with a ceiling. The ambition was to evolve into Ecogenesys, combining compliance with forward-thinking sustainability solutions, without losing existing member trust.

With the new name in place, the brief was to build a visual language that carried the shift from reactive to proactive, compliance scheme to credible sustainability partner. Not a refresh, a clean break that felt like natural evolution.

What started with sustainability consultants on contracts has grown into full-time staff. Most recently, Ecogenesys launched their Training Academy, delivering Carbon Literacy Project accredited training to SMEs across the UK.
